Upon arrival, register in the lobby area prior to unloading your booth materials. Further details regarding unloading and setting up booths will be provided at that time.

All displays must be set up and operational by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4. Under no circumstances are exhibitors to move in/set up their booth on February 5.

Materials required during the show may be taken to your booth one hour preceding the show on opening day. After 9:00 a.m., only material which can be carried by hand will be admitted. An exhibitor storage area will be provided.

Monday, February 5, 2024
4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Under no circumstances are exhibitors to dismantle their booth before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 5.

Unless explicit instructions are provided to Convention Solutions & Innovation, any materials left on the show floor after 7:00 p.m. will be discarded.

Any electrical, A/V, telephone, Internet or fax services must be booked and paid directly to the Mesa Convention Center by January 29, 2024 using the Utilities Order Form.

Please note that there is no free WiFi available at the Mesa Convention Center; if you require Internet access you will need to submit this form.

Snowbird Utility Order Form

Each 10’ x 10’ Booth is equipped with:

  • 8’ high pipe-and-drape backwall and 3’ high pipe-and-drape siderail
  • 1 6’ skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 1 company identification sign

Convention Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is the general contractor for our event for additional furniture, carpeting, signage and shipments. Show Management accepts no responsibility for the cost of services provided by the contractor at the Exhibitor’s request.

Exhibitors are urged to anticipate all of their service needs and requirements and to make appropriate arrangements well in advance. Please note the preshow deadline on each of the forms to avoid additional costs.

CSI will send all registered exhibitors a link with a password to access their ordering system.

CSI provides services for receiving and storing prior to the show date, and delivering freight to assigned booths. Advanced freight must arrive at their warehouse no later than Tuesday, January 30, 2024.

We strongly recommend you take advantage of CSI’s freight forwarding service. This will ensure that your freight will be dropped at your booth on move-in day (Sunday, February 5).

The Mesa Convention Center will refuse any freight received prior to Monday, February 5.

If you send collateral directly to the Delta Hotel Phoenix Mesa, you will incur significant handling charges.

Please provide names of your booth personnel; name badges will be included in your Registration Package on setup day.
