12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, register in the lobby area prior to unloading your booth materials. Further details regarding unloading and setting up booths will be provided at that time.
All displays must be set up and operational by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25. Under no circumstances are exhibitors to move in/set up their booth on February 26.
Materials required during the show may be taken to your booth one hour preceding the show on opening day. After 9:00 a.m., only material which can be carried by hand will be admitted. An exhibitor storage area will be provided.
Wednesday, February 26
4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Under no circumstances are exhibitors to dismantle their booth before 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26.
Unless explicit instructions are provided to the McAllen Convention Center, any materials left on the show floor after 7:00 p.m. will be discarded.
Any electrical, A/V, telephone, Internet or fax services must be booked and paid directly to the McAllen Convention Center by January 29, 2024 using the Electrical Work Order Form.
Each 10’ x 10’ Booth is equipped with:
* 8’ high backwall and 3’ high side rail
* 1 8’ skirted table
* 2 Chairs
* 1 wastebasket
* 1 ID sign
Show colours are red, white and blue
Rose Creations Convention Decorators is the general contractor for the event for additional furniture, carpeting and signage. Show Management accepts no responsibility for the cost of services provided by the contractor at the Exhibitor’s request.
Exhibitors are urged to anticipate all of their service needs and requirements and to make appropriate arrangements well in advance. Be sure to pre-order services by Friday, February 14 to avoid additional costs.
All material handling is done through the McAllen Convention Center.
Please provide names of your booth personnel; name badges will be included in your Registration Package on setup day.
Please complete this form if you would like your door prize included in the Door Prize List in the Ballot Area of the show.
