Directions: Easily accessible from I-4. Take exit 31 off I-4 (Kathleen Road). Go south on Kathleen Road (this road is thoroughly marked with signage to The RP Funding Center). Turn right onto Sikes Boulevard, then right onto Lime Street. The RP Funding Center is on the corner of Sikes Boulevard and Lime Street.

Parking is free during setup day, however a parking pass will be required during the event to avoid parking charges.

Parking passes are provided by the RP Funding Center and will be available on setup day at the Exhibitor Registration Center.

If you are staying at the Hyatt Place hotel, you will not require a parking pass.

If you have colleagues who require parking passes and will not be present on registration day, please inform them to give their company name to the parking attendant. Once they come into the building, we will provide them with their parking pass for the remainder of the event.

During the event, exhibitors should park on the north side of the RP Funding Center, behind Sikes Hall. Please see the map for details.

Monday, January 29, 2024
1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Exhibitors must enter the RP Funding Center on move-in day at gate 6 (Lime St.), go through the ticket booths, around Jenkins Arena and park near entrance 2. Please register prior to unloading your booth materials. Further details regarding unloading and setting up booths will be provided at that time.

All displays must be set up and operational by 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 29. Under no circumstances are exhibitors to move in/set up their booth on January 30.

Materials required during the show may be taken to your booth one hour preceding the show on opening day. After 9:00 a.m., only material which can be carried by hand will be admitted. An exhibitor storage area will be provided.

Wednesday, January 31, 2024
4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Under no circumstances are exhibitors to dismantle their booth before 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31.

Unless explicit instructions are provided to Suncoast Convention Services, any materials left on the show floor after 8:00 p.m. will be discarded.

Each 10’ x 10’ Booth is equipped with:

  • 8’ high backwall and 3’ high side rail
  • 1 8’ skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 1 company identification sign

Show colours are red, white and blue.
Exhibit Hall and Sikes Hall are carpeted.

Convention Services

Suncoast Convention Services is the general contractor for our event, for additional furniture, carpeting, signage, and shipments. Show Management accepts no responsibility for the cost of services provided by the contractor at the Exhibitor’s request.

Exhibitors are urged to anticipate all of their service needs and requirements and to make appropriate arrangements well in advance. Be sure to pre-order services by Friday, January 12 to avoid additional costs.

Suncoast Convention Services will send all registered exhibitors a link with a password to access their ordering system (includes shipping/material handling).

Electrical/Telephone Services

If you did not pay for your electrical services when you booked your booth, please complete the Electric Service Form.

Deadline for Advance Price is Friday, January 19, 2024.

Internet Access

The RP Funding Center has free wireless Internet service available throughout the facility; if you require a wired connection you will have to order it using the Electric Service Form.

Snowbird Electric Service Form

You may use your choice of carrier (FedEx, UPS, or any LTL carrier) for delivery. Be sure to track your shipments and keep your tracking numbers available until you have confirmed delivery. If applicable, your shipping agent will advise you on customs shipping regulations.

We strongly recommend you take advantage of Suncoast Convention Services Material Handling. This will ensure that your freight will be dropped at your booth on move-in day (Monday, January 27).

Suncoast Convention Services provides services for receiving and storing starting January 2 up to the show date, and delivering freight to assigned booths. Accessible storage will be available at the event for exhibitors who need to replenish booth supplies. Empty crates will be picked up at each booth and held in storage until breakdown, then returned to the exhibitor.

All receiving and storing services must be pre-paid to Suncoast Convention Services. No C.O.D. All currency in U.S. dollars. Advanced freight must arrive at Suncoast warehouse no later than Wednesday, January 24, 2024.

If you are not planning on shipping to Suncoast’s warehouse, please be sure to calculate the delivery date of any shipments very carefully. The RP Funding Center will refuse any freight and/or charge you $35/box/day for storage for any items received prior to Monday, January 29.

If you require outbound shipping (such as your booth display), be sure to prepare your paperwork ahead of time; have your Bill of Lading and shipping labels ready for each piece of outbound shipment. At the event, inform Suncoast if you will have outbound shipping so they can make the process as easy as possible for you.

Any freight returned to advance warehouse post-show will be subject to post-show material handling charges.

Please provide names of your booth personnel; name badges will be included in your Registration Package on setup day.
